Use of our web page to reserve your ticket
On our website www.turtleysub.gr you will find all the available services and rates. You can reserve an activity by filling in the reservation form offered by the website, indicating your:
Full Name
Residence Address
Telephone Number
E-mail Address
Number of people participating in the experience
Cancellation policy or change of reservation date
All reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, with which you are entitled to reimbursement.
This cancellation must be communicated by sending an email at turtleysub@gmail.com, and you may also contact us by phone for any comment you wish to make at +30 6948326137.
In case you wish to change the date of the reservation, you must necessarily contact us by e-mail or by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or changes of the date of a reservation less than 24 hours in advance may not be accepted due to the demand of existing reservations.
In order for a cancellation or change of ticket to be valid, a written communication from the Turtley Submarine Team is required.
Reservation Confirmation
Once the payment has been made, the reservation is confirmed. You can make the payment using a credit/debit card or a bank transfer. If your selected payment method is through a bank transfer, your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your bank wire statement.
Once the payment is made, you will receive an email confirming the payment made and the details of the reservation made.
Services Offered
All the services offered by Turtleysub.gr, together with the corresponding rates, the contents, and conditions of the activities are specified on our website. Turtley Submarine reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify any activity due to change of weather; being understood that the latter may affect the normal functioning of the same activities or could endanger the passengers or the staff hired.
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
